• What do I need to shop here?

  You must be 21+ with valid and not expired identification to shop at Fresh Baked. Here are the types of identification we accept

  • A valid passport, passport identification card.
  • An operator’s or driver’s license, including a temp license issued by the US or US Territory.
  • The Colorado digital ID app
  • US Military identification card, Permanent Resident Card, alien registration card, Global Entry, Nexus ID (US issued) or consular card
  • An enrollment card issued by a governing authority of a recognized Indian Tribe
  • We have a large parking lot for your use when arriving

• Do you take debit or credit cards?

  We accept debit cards via cashless ATM as well as accepting some tap to pay via cashless ATM. Credit cards are not allowed under CO Cannabis regulations.

• Can I reserve online and pick up later?

  Yes—use our live menu, choose “Pickup,” and we’ll hold your order until close of business the same day.

• What exactly is cannabis?

  Cannabis is a flowering plant with two primary varieties—sativa and indica—plus countless hybrids. The flowers contain cannabinoids like THC (psychoactive), CBD (non‑intoxicating), and CBN (sleep‑supportive).

  Sativas often feel upbeat and cerebral, indicas tend to relax body and mind, and hybrids mix traits from both. Effects depend on terpene profile and your personal chemistry.

• How do I use cannabis?

• How do I find the proper edible dose?

  It is recommended to start anywhere between 2.5 – 10 milligrams. The recommendation is to wait at least 2 hours before considering eating more. Each person metabolizes differently when consuming.

• What’s legal—and what isn’t?

  Legal for adults 21+ to buy and possess up to 1 oz flower (or equivalent) from a licensed retailer. Illegal to:

  • Drive under the influence
  • Consume in public
  • Ship cannabis across state lines

• Can tourists purchase cannabis?

  Yes, as long as they’re 21+ with valid ID. Same purchase limits apply.

Product Types & Lab Testing

• What’s the difference between live resin, shatter, and wax?

  All are concentrates but differ in extraction method and texture. Live resin is flash‑frozen for rich terpene flavor, shatter is glass‑like and stable, wax is whipped for a creamy consistency.

• How does lab testing protect me?

  Every batch is screened for potency, pesticides, residual solvents, and microbial contaminants. We partner with state‑licensed labs and display full COAs on request.
